Mercy Retirement & Care Center provides high quality comprehensive assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing services to meet a variety of health care needs. Established in 1872, Mercy Retirement & Care Center was founded on a deep sense of faith, dignity and compassion. Today, we continue this tradition through our dedication to caring for every aspect of physical, emotional and spiritual wellness. Our assisted living services allow seniors to maintain as much independence as possible while providing assistance with everyday activities. Our innovative memory care program is designed to enrich the lives of seniors with dementia and Alzheimer’s. Our skilled nursing includes high quality care and therapy services. Mercy also operates a Brown Bag program, helping to feed about 5,000 low income seniors throughout Alameda County.
