My name is Chase Gardner. I own and operate Patriot Bear Heating & Air in beautiful Big Bear Lake. My family has been in Big Bear for nearly 70 years! We are a family-run business. I have over 25 years of experience in HVAC. We serve all of the Big Bear Valley and surrounding areas off the mountain.
