Ouch! by Heinrich A via Insider Pages on 3/15/2012 Oil change gone wrong! Jeff's didn't tighten the drain plug enough and all my oil ran out. They took it back in for a diagnosis, but it was too late. Engine damage.

Ripoff by Kilgore S via Insider Pages on 12/28/2011 Came in over $500 over their estimate without as much as a phone call. Broke something during the repair and wanted to charge me to fix it.\r \r So much for trying to support a local business.
