Instinct Pest Management was born in 2023 to serve the Roaring Fork Valley of Colorado by Tate Eberly. Our esteemed clients refer to him as: our friendly neighborhood extermiTater. He has called New Castle, CO his home for over three and a half years and has spent that entire time honing his craft and expertise as a pest management professional formerly with a reputable and locally owned company.



Hailing from Columbus, Ohio - Tate radiates the charm and gentleness that growing up in the Midwest instills in its natives. Our founder enjoys many facets of life: family, football, camping, hiking, skiing, humor, and dancing at concerts. His biggest childhood hero was the late and great Steve Irwin. From a young age the crocodile hunter influenced Tate on the importance of decisive action, conservation, and honor. These values shine through Instinct's body of work.



Thousands of hours in field experience coupled with relentless continued education has moved Tate to continually remain fresh in his processes and to never extinguish the burning desire to ascertain precision.
