Return Customer - I needed a new radiator and was really in a bind. They did a good job, as they always do, but I about died at the cost. It was as much as the dealership.

Rich took care of me quickly,even though I did not have an appointment, and against his profitability, advised me just to replace a single damaged tire, instead of a pair.That is looking out for your customer in the best way.

Had emergency battery outage. As usual, got the problem fixed while I waited. I appreciate the usual good service, which I always receive. (Have 3 cars that are taken for service at varying times.)

Went in with a rear swaybar problem, and no idea of how it could be fixed. The guys fixed me up quickly, at a very reasonable price.
Communication was thorough, repairs were performed quickly.

Friendly service, reasonable prices & factual, clear communications. Unlike certain dealerships, Phillips Tire & Auto doesn't try to upsell you on costly fixes your car doesn't need. Highly recommend this place.
