Abominable customer service, arrogant, unknowledgable by bredehoeft via Citysearch on 10/15/2011 We had their boat lift installed about 6 1/2 years ago, 4 of which we had no boat on it. The autostop failed and caused the cables to come undone and tangle, breaking off the tensioner brackets. I called and emailed "quality boat lifts"…
