I had an emergency where my laptop got a virus on THANKSGIVING. I called. He came out. Did a repair on my laptop. Dan did not even charge me extra to remove it on a holiday. Not only that but I live way outside Gainesville in Micanopy.

My dell laptop would not turn on yesterday and I freaked. All my information is on it which of course there is no backup. Repaired my laptop, saved my son's baby photos and put a backup program that now automatically does it. Amazing!
