Very bad construction does not even rate 1 star by thompson.ljs84 on 4/26/2021 In addition to the review I did in December, 2020, my garage because of the situation with using lumber instead of blocks the water has penetrated into the floor of garage. Had a contractor look at it and said it should have been blocks instead of lumber all the way around the garage floor. Just another example of poor construction. The west wall of garage has split in several places because of warped lumber. Will have to have entire wall taken out and replaced. What makes it a disaster is there is an above garage room that will be at risk.

Most people who were a part of this add-on/new construction will tell you how horrible the construction is. From uneven foundations i.e., garage included, ceilings sagging, walls warped to the point they protrude through the walls, electrical and plumbing was so bad we have had flooding and plugs that are still shorting out. I had the worst experience of my life through this company. I do not wish it on anyone. Nothing I complained about was ever fixed; not even offered.
