I had a large order. One bag was missing at delivery. I called to report this and spoke to someone in the office. It was delivered the next day. I'm happy it was fixed, but it would have been nice to get a message that you had found it.

The shirts really do not have the starch requested and are not pressed well. The polos did not have the stays on the collar and one Carolina Herrera t-shirt that had a red logo came back orange. The jeans had no sizing or edge.
