My experience with various health care stakeholders including insurance companies, providers and their networks and consumer/end-users allowed me to develop deep insight into what can be a confusing and frustrating industry.

As a result of my experience, I developed the expertise to help the health coverage consumer not choose the right plan but help make sure they understand it fully, use it properly and advocate for them when coverage, care or claims issues arise. There is no 800 number for customer service. It is my number.
