Our Italian pizza is made according to the Neapolitan Tradition; cooked on a wood fired oven and using only the finest “00” flour, tomato San Marzano, extra virgin olive oil and lots of passion!
We really care about the ingredients we use in our Italian restaurant in Miami; fresh and organic products, homemade cured meats, mozzarella fiordilatte and carefully selected Italian products. Our high standard of ingredients is also included in the ingredients we use for our Vegan and Gluten Free pizzas. We aim to give a truly traditional and Italian experience for the best pizza in Miami.
