Of the multiple realtors we interviewed, we are extremely relieved to have gone with Realtors Wes and Scott Garrison. They made our process extremely smooth, not only because of their on-point, timely communication, but their willingness to work out things for us so we would not have to deal with it. On top of providing us with every possible resource we could have asked for, he also was able to lend his ear to any questions or concerns we had about the property itself. We would 100%, wholeheartedly recommend Wes and Scott to anyone!

Recently, I purchased a home in Florida from another state. Scott Garrison did an amazing job guiding us through this. He was always honest and did what he promised. Since we are currently living in Texas, Scott Garrison personally went out to any and all properties we were interested in seeing and took great videos of the entire house, inside and outside, along with a street view of nearby homes! These videos were then uploaded where we could view them. Once we finally chose the one we wanted, Scott Garrison also took video of the inspection and inspector! It was like we were there in person. We trusted and valued Scott Garrison opinion. He always told us what we needed to know, never sugar coated anything just to make a sale. He knew what we wanted in a home, and he found it! We definitely recommend Scott Garrison to anyone looking to buy a Florida home.
