AVOID THESE GUYS LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! by sl285 on 5/29/2020

 

We had been warned about them prior to dealing with them, but we went with them cause they were a little cheaper. Needles to say, after we gave the 50% deposit, the price shot up. It's now been several months, and the business won't respond to my texts and won't answer calls from mine or my wife's phone number. I have to use friend's phones to call, which the owner picks up right away, and acts like he never got my texts or calls from my phone number. Since he's missed every single deadline he promised, he now says he can't give me an estimate when he can get done (I guess that's better than continuing to lie), and he hung up the phone on me. Also, he refuses to refund our 50% deposit. He's conveniently blaming COVID-19, but I've called several businesses recently that would do the work immediately. Also, we've had a contract since February, so, if he had done as promised, we could have got this done prior to the lockdowns. Word to the wise, there are plenty better companies to deal with in this town, and this company definitely isn't one of them.

We paid Casey to do multiple window repairs. He did not complete the work and will not unless we pay him more.
I called Casey for a quote May 14. He said it was $125 a window. Casey came out to measure & tried to charge $145 per window, but I had text confirmation of $125. He still upped the price & we settled on $400 for 3 repaired windows (4 glass pieces total) Casey came out the next day and was 2 hours late. He then informed me that he damaged the trim pieces and I would need to purchase new ones where he would come back (as a favor even though he bent them). While fixing the windows he also quoted us for a sliding door repair for a total of $150 at a later visit. Casey leaves and I realized the one window was still broken (a crack). My husband calls Casey, who knew the window was still cracked and admitted that the prices was per window, not per glass piece. We know the glass piece was ordered because he placed it in our garbage bin. Casey will only come back out if we pay him $225 for the slider and window. I don't want the slider done if he can't even finish the glass job we paid him CASH for. We also don't have a receipt because "Brandi" never emailed it as I was promised. I want the window repaired or a refund for the incomplete job. Very unprofessional.

Flawless Glass and Mirror Inc is falsely advertising their BBB Rating. As of today April 16, 2020 Flawless Glass and Mirror BBB Rating is a “F”. Do your homework before hiring them.
