I went with Universal Painting LLC, which was not the cheapest, but represented the best value for the money spent. Mikael and his team clearly know what they are doing. They finished a day ahead of schedule, were neat, courteous and professional at all times, and did a fantastic job that I think will last for many years. We have a beautiful building once again... I believe we got exceptional value. I would not hesitate to use them again, and in fact have Mikael quoting some additional work for us.

They were very professional and explained the work process and answered all of my questions from the estimate to the end stage. They provided their own scaffolding so that made their price much better. The staff was very professional and they cleaned up well after they finished the job.

Mikael , the owner, is a total professional, and will discuss colors, hues, and finishes with you and work professionally with a designer if you have one, and he treats his crew really well.

The painting was done carefully and with attention to detail. They were professional, clean, and considerate. They even cover our cars and any cars around house every day, to make sure nothing got stained.
