Melanie’s relatable approach allows her to partner with clients in order to facilitate changes necessary to promote positive mental, physical, emotional and spiritual outcomes. She has a passion for working with women, specifically in care taking roles (either personally or professionally) in teaching them to implement radical self-care and empower them to find their voice. Melanie challenges her clients in a way to push them out of their comfort zone so that they can operate at their optimal level. This can mean addressing current and/or past life challenges that have served as a barrier to living their best life. Melanie obtained her Bachelor of Science from Utica College of Syracuse University and her Master in Social Work from Clark Atlanta University. Melanie has experience facilitating groups and workshops and educating the community on mental health issues. She believes change is necessary for growth and encourages her clients to trust the process. Melanie is always honored that clients choose her to walk with them on their journey to healing.
