Founded in 2010, our idea was to create a different type of brokerage firm: One that didn’t hire part time agents, or just anyone with a pulse. A firm that didn’t also own the title company, or the lender, or the home inspection company. We wanted to stick to what we did best, doing the best for our client in marketing and negotiating the sale of their home and leaving the rest to professionals who are at the top of their field…not the ones that pay kickbacks for referrals.
