Distressed properties are often called foreclosures, short sales, bank owned/ REOs, etc. After rehabilitation ("rehab"), RESCU REPI manages and maintains the property for sale or for rental purposes, providing an updated/ upgraded property to either buyers or tenants, while further improving the community by transforming what once was an "eyesore" on the block. RESCU REPI joint ventures and partners with local Investors who invest back into their community. RESCU REPI provides ala carte property services to other Real Estate/ Investment related businesses such as deal sourcing, due diligence, analysis/ accounting & oversight, contractor/ remodeler services, full property management and other property services.
