Totally Dissapointed by Amber S via Insider Pages on 6/3/2011

For me, it is quite a treat to make an appointment at a spa like this. I get the extra money to do it maybe once every couple years, so I really need it to be a special experience and seen as such by the staff. Unfortunately, it didn't…
