Family Moving team arrived early, finished within the minimum time frame and didn't complain about the walk-up to walk-up move. I would definitely recommend this company for your move. Nothing was broken or damaged and everything made it inside with a little bit of a squeeze due to a tight entry-way. Thanks!

I tried Family Moving last week to move my apartment, they did an excellent job the team was very professional and committed. Did the whole job in less then 3 hours in the rain. Can't beat that.
I am considering using the company to ship some furniture to another State.

They were awesome. They arrived early. They packed everything neatly and efficiently. I was scared they would go over the three hour guarantee limit, but they were all-stars. The move took no time and I felt no stress which is what I needed.

They came within the first half hour of their arrival window, and worked diligently and rapidly as soon as they crossed the front steps. A crew of 3 movers emptied out a 3 bedroom flat with kitchen, living and dining rooms under 3 hours. Citywide Movers crew are great and I highly recommend this business.

They were professional and didn't engage in the frequent B.S. that you have to worry about with a lot of movers -- bait and switch, overcharging, for example. The price they quoted was the price I paid and the two movers were polite, respectful, and competent. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great communication before the move and great job day of. We planned for the minimum hours to move the big stuff but they were so fast we ended up with more than half our boxes moved as well. They were friendly and polite and even helped us decide where to put our couch. They moved our piano as well and did so carefully and confidently! I highly recommend!

They have been on time, fast and efficient. Nothing broke, they took time to wrap my furniture up, but moved quickly and didn't take extra time to boost the cost up. Company was great reassuring me over the phone that they would be there on time and giving me the most likely total cost before they came. The movers were nice and helped me move some heavier stuff up the stairs that I had put in my car ahead of time. I would definitely recommend them.

Family moving could not have been better, They have a fair flat rate charge on moving that is all inclusive for their service, including tape and blankets. They could not have been nicer, faster, more trust worthy, punctual or careful with my belongings. They kept in great communication on moving day, even calling me to give me the option of them arriving earlier because they were ahead of schedule. I'll definitely use them any time I move

They got to my house a few minutes early and then they finished up the last of the packing, I turned around and all my waiting stuff had already been whisked into the van. They are super nice, super fast, and super reasonably priced. They made moving a total breeze! Definitely recommend, and will definitely go to them next time I move.

The crew of Family Moving were very efficient and hardworking. I had many heavy boxes and shelves. The movers made it up and got down four different flights of stairs. All furniture was wrapped, and they even quickly disassembled a large piece that wouldn't fit down my stairway. I will use them and recommend them to everyone.

Family Moving did a very nice job with our move. It was a 2 day move with a seven man crew. The entire crew was respectful and polite. They worked very hard the entire 2 days and were quite efficient. No sitting around or working slowly to run up the hours. They were careful with our belongings and with our walls. Nothing lost or stolen and no damage of note.

I was a bit concerned as to how they would move my couch up three flights of stairs and into my small front door, but they did it in not time with zero headaches. Family Moving was a dream to work with! They were wonderfully responsive all the way from giving their estimate to confirming the move-in date, gave lots of great advice, and were both thorough and extremely pleasant through the whole process.

I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently they emptied a five-bedroom house, and how helpful they were in getting everything set up at the new place.

Great moving company and very friendly staff. Hired Family Moving after interviewing 3 other moving companies. Out of all of the companies they had the best reviews, and were the most professional. All of my questions were answered during the estimate and I didn't feel rushed. The office people were very nice and always either answered my calls or got back to me within a short amount of time. The movers were great and talked highly about the company they worked for. One of the movers had been with the company for over 10 years which says a lot about the company. All in all we were very happy with the price and the move.

I am really happy because Family Moving have given the best value of my hard earned money. When I booked them for an office move, I had high hopes from them because of their reputation. Their sales guy and the movers did not let me down. They managed my move with great efficiency and showed great responsibility. I hardly felt the heat of the move. Family Moving was very helpful and accommodating from the get goes. Their schedulers were professional and the moving crew was friendly and efficient. Overall, They are not the cheapest, But they did everything they could to keep costs minimized. But you get what you pay for. And I think it's worth a few extra dollars to get efficiency and good service. I would use them again.

I had almost hired a different moving company until my brother told me that they add a lot of money to the final bill. Then he asked me to call Family Moving. They quoted a very low price and I was wondering why I hadn't hired them in the first place. Their performance was so professional. The movers were punctual, efficient and strong. They were so helpful and polite. In the end, the bill was exactly what they estimated earlier and all my valuables were timely delivered to my new house. I have to thank these amazing movers for helping me out!
