Routine oil change came w/o appt took me to the health club and picked me up 45 mins later work completed and vehicle washed. Excellent!! Michael is committed to customer service!!

Wonderful, got in when I wanted to. had an oil change, they checked my tire and washed my car. Michael always takes care of everything that I need done on my car.

2012 jetta tdi ... No horn, no cruise control or steering wheel control ie radio/phone. Took three days and three visits, but confirmed that it was a clock spring. I appreciate Michael attentiveness to the situation.

This was a great experience. My car needed the 10,000 service. It was done quickly and they washed my car also. I would highly recommend Tyler and the service team at Gurnee Volkswagen.

There to replace cup holder. We just had to schedule the visit and it was taken care of. My wife waited there while it was being done. The kept her informed on how much longer it be. She liked that.
