Long story short my car was with another car place who had super bad customer service. My husband was really upset called B&G Auto and spoke with Verdie. He immediately took over, from going to get the car to calling the warranty company and keeping in contact with me and my husband. When I got off work that evening everything was taken care of. He looked at the car, ordered the part and all I had to do is sign paperwork. My car is ready to go a day later. Great place, I will be back and I recommend them to anyone with car trouble. Thanks again Verdie for a job well done!

I brought my car here to be serviced for the first time and they fixed my truck fast in a timely matter and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. They were very respectful and honest. I have a 97 Chevy suburban and my gear was stuck in reverse and couldn't move my car they had a tow set up for me already and worked with me on every aspect about my car. I would definately bring my car back and I would most definately send customers there way thank you B&G Auto you got my vote.

B and g auto saves me big time!. I own a mercedes Benz clk320 and I looked everywhere to find someone who could repair my alternator the same day and get it done as soon as possible I searched the Internet for hours and finally came across this shop and when I called they were very nice and also very efficient and they ordered my alternator and got it fixed with the quickness and they also saved me a large lump sum of money which was amazing I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know. They got my car running like new!

WENT TO GET MY CAR REPAIRED BECAUSE IT WAS SHAKING AND MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON AND I COULDN'T PASS THE EMISSIONS TEST, AFTER GOING TO B&G AUTO REPAIR EVERYTHING WAS FIXED AND I WAS ABLE TO PASS MY EMISSIONS TEST WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SEVICE TO ANYONE WHO'S TRYING TO GET GOOD QUALITY WORK DONE TO THERE CAR AND AT A GOOD PRICE, I HAVE NO PROBLEMS AT ALL WITH MY CAR NOW LIKE I JUST PULLED IT OFF THE LOT ALL OVER AGAIN..... I had a very good first-time experience at B&G Auto Center today. My daughter's car was making a lot more noise than normal. I thought it might need a new muffler. Took my car to B&G and found it wasn't the muffler at all, but a gasket and some rusted bolts. Alverdis took the time to show me a diagram of the part that was being replaced and explained the process. He gave me an estimate of the cost prior to the work being done. Definitely a lot less than I thought. While waiting, I was able to get much needed work done in the comfortable waiting area with free WIFI! He has very friendly and professional staff. I would highly recommend his place of business the next time you need your car repaired. The prices are fair and not padded with stuff you don't need. I will be back for sure!

The clutch went out on my car a few weeks ago. I knew it was going to be an expensive repair so I went to a repair shop that I normally go to because they usually have fair prices and do great work. They told me that it was going to cost over $1,500 to fix my car. I expected it to be around $1,000, but not $1,500!!! Then I remembered that I should have taken my car to B&G in the first place. They do great work and always try to save you $$ for that great work. Sure enough, my car was repaired for WAY less than that first shop I went to. I also needed brake work done and they took care of that too. I got both repairs done for less than the cost of what the first shop was going to charge me just for the clutch work. I SAVED HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS and left B&G with a great running car and money in my pocket!! THANKS B&G

My vehicle was hit on the front passenger side and was covered by my insurance. I was referred to B & G auto and spoke with the owner. The entire staff was very professional and timely. My car was at the shop for a total of 5 days and I was completely satisfied when I picked my car up. I would definitely go back and recommend them to others.

I just want to drop a few words about the service at B&G Auto. I've brought my vehicle in on several occasions to have work/repairs done. Each time I have been extremely satisfied with the results. Particularly my last visit. It was to have a muffler and tail pipe replaced. With this replacement, the car sounds better than when I bought it!!! Thanks for your continued, quality service B&G Auto!!!

I highly recommend B&G Auto Repair... They go above and beyond... they picked my SUV up from my job and had it repaired in less than 24hrs.... my BMW X5 is running like new.... The staff did a great job at reassuring me that I was in good hands.... They also guranteed their work.. will definitely utilize and recommend them to everyone....

I took my car in to get body work on the driver's side front and back door panels and a week later you could not tell that the car had been in an accident. Not only was the price reasonable, but the service was outstanding. The owner even found and fixed a problem area that I had not even noticed! I've found a new mechanic for life!

I had two repairs done on the front end of my and the repair where done in a timely matter, also very reasonable price, compared to other estimates for the same repair. I definently recommend this place for your sevice repairs to your vehicle
