Our company manages large-scale projects such as residential multi-home projects and retailers. We serve communities in the north midwest, from the larger area of Chicago to the subway area of Detroit and beyond. We take pride in our work and strive to create functional and inspiring buildings. The owner of Architectural Studio LTD is Scott A Shalvis AIA, a licensed architect who brings to every project we undertake his 25 years of construction and architecture experience. Mr. Shalvis specializes in ADA requirements, construction codes and project design / building. He served as an architect for hundreds of single-family homes, condominiums and office buildings.
