Smith & Fankhauser, P.C. is the product of the partnership established in 2019 between Attorney Brian M. Smith and Attorney Gerald (Trey) Fankhauser, III. Formerly known as the Law Offices of Brian M. Smith, P.C., the firm was founded in 2007 as a solo practice by Attorney Brian M. Smith. In 2013, Trey Fankhauser joined the firm as an undergraduate legal intern and continued serving the firm as an intern throughout law school, until becoming a licensed attorney in 2017. Though practicing under a new name, the firms values, commitment to serving others, and emphasis on faith, family, and community that were instilled by Attorney Smith since day one remain. As part of our deep commitment to helping others, we strive to provide individuals, families, and businesses with value through exceptional legal representation and counsel. We are a small firm with a large clientele base that has produced a number of referrals from friends, attorneys, and satisfied clients.
