Cardinal Foot and Ankle

Dr. Tod Reed is a Muncie native and a graduate of Cowan High School where he was class Valedictorian and was awarded the prestigious Oliver W Storer Scholarship. He recieved his undergraduate degree in Biology/Chemistry from Indiana University before going on to the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, OH for his doctorate degree. Dr. Reed received his Residency Training in Foot & Ankle Surgery at The Podiatry Hospital of Pittsburgh/West Penn Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. Dr. Reed is a member of The American Podiatric Medical Association and a fellow in the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons. He is board certified in Foot Surgery by the American Board of Foot & Ankle Surgery.
