I get a new workout each time I come to class, the staff is helpful, and the fitness tips of the day are amazing! I find myself leaving class energized and ready to take on the day or pile of work at home. It is an amazing full body workout and the staff walks you through each step!

So the fact that I actually WANT to go to the gym should speak for itself. The gym is always clean, everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful, including members. They are also very beginner friendly! I plan on being a long time member!

My partner and I have become more active from playing tennis to biking and hiking and I feel like kickboxing in between has helped so much with making other activities easier. It is hard and tiring during the sessions but it is so worth it. I always feel energized and great afterwards. Definitely worth everything!

I spoke with Lindsey who assured me that my experience would be way different with them if I wanted to give it another try. My partner and I went and sure enough we were given amazing instruction by super friendly staff, everyone came over and said hi and was so friendly and the instructor kicked our butts during the workkut! The cleaniness and oversll atmosphere of this gym is near perfection. They clean immediately after each class and all of the equiptment and facilities are spotless. I have met most of the instructors and they all have been so encouraging and supportive and the community is just absolutely worth every dime we spent. Not only are we getting a fantastic work out that keeps us sweating from minute 1 to minute 60 but we also get a super supportive and amazing kickboxing family! I cannot recommend this location enough and it seriously is good no matter what level or size you ate at. I am a bigger person so I do some modifications that are HIGHLY encouraged if you need to use them and no one has ever made us feel less for using the modifications. They are super body positive there and welcome everyone no matter what! So def. join this gym and you will get not only a great work out but a pretty damn good support team as well!!!

After years of struggling with my weight and staying on track with working out, I finally found my gym. Ilovekickboxing makes me WANT to work out, makes me WANT to better myself, and the staff definitely has a huge part in that. 10/10 recommend this location. Love MY gym!!!

It’s definitely my stress reliever! EVERY single staff member is amazing! They are all motivating full of energy and treat everyone like family! They pay attention to each individual and watch when they need assistance or just a little push for the day! The gym is sooo clean! The restrooms are nice and clean also! They’re always sanitizing the mats and bags! I can’t recommend it enough! I tell all my friends about it!

They encourage you to keep going and not give up because they know you can do it even it is hard. It is a stress-free place where you can punch your anger out to the boxing bags. It's awesome. Best decision ever! by Nolanavery58 on 11/16/2018 ILKB is the best! Everyone is so friendly, the workouts are great, and the motivational posts make my mornings. They are always doing contests too. This is hands down the best decision I have ever made. I didn't think it was something I could do at first, but with a little modification I was able to. This is the best full body workout you will ever find.

I'm already noticing my clothes getting looser on me. I can see my body changing...already!! That alone makes me want to keep going. I love the staff. Everyone of them will help you whenever you need help with whatever you need help with. I'm addicted to going already. I used to go to a gym but I really didn't know what to do while I was there and nothing ever changed. In the short time I've joined the ilovekickboxing family I've noticed way more change in a few workouts than I noticed going to the gym for years! All of the instructors are so wonderful and really make you feel like you are part of a family! The studio is ALWAYS clean and the mats are sanitized after every class. I can not recommend this experience enough. It’s sooo much more than just a work out!!

You are part of an amazing family once you walk in the doors for the first time. They want you to succeed. From the intense warmup to the ending stretch you will be amazed with all you can do. Every class gets better. Its not like other gyms where you aren't noticed if you miss a few classes. The instructors reach out to you to make sure everything is ok when you go on a hiatus. Makes you feel like you're in a family!

It is definitely a safe place where you don't have to worry about anything and it is a perfect way to relive some stress. All of the members are awesome, too. I love my fitfam! Since I joined in December, I actually look forward to going to the gym and can't weight to get to the studio. I can't get enough. You will become addicted to Ilovekickboxing. My clothes fit so much better, I'm losing weight, gaining muscle, building stamina and it's only been a month! I highly recommend it, and I promise you won't regret joining!!!

The instructors are very nice and knowledgeable of the workouts. It’s a very friendly atmosphere, it’s clean and plenty of room. I am so glad I joined and would recommend it to everyone. ILKB is the only place I know that I get a good work out at. The staff is friendly and amazing. They are caring and help you in every way possible. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who isn't able to stick with a gym. A gym was hard for me but with ILKB I am able to make the time and accomplish my weight loss goals and gain muscle all at the same time.

The staff has been very helpful and encouraging, and the other members are just as supportive! If you are looking for something new to spice up your routine this is definitely it!
