Murray's is terrific. Efficient, kind, reliable, transparent. They do what they say they'll do, when they promise -- or earlier. And they step in in emergencies.

Honest, reliable, and reasonably priced. They won't tell you to do a repair that isn't necessary and when they do need to perform a repair, they'll give you as much detail/information as you need to be able to understand why it's needed.

The service was really good. Diagnosed my problem, we hope. One suggestion would be to vacuum the car out. They do that NTB and some of the other places where you get your oil changed. It would add the 5th star for me.
