Worst customer service I've ever had from a plumber by tidbitsofisnanity on 3/12/2020 My husband and I just bought a fixer upper home that needs repairs, including a water system. We tried for weeks to talk to someone about a quote. First we were told to expect phone calls we never got, then emails that never came. FINALLY we managed to get an appointment to get a firm quote. My husband took the afternoon off from work and.... they didn't show. I called to find out what happened, and was informed they forgot. The guy heads over, we tell him what we need and he emails us a quote several days later (the other companies we had look at it had quotes to us in 24 hours). Only, there is nothing about removing manganese from the water, which is what we needed. I responded asking about this, and they didn't know the answer. And how will it take to install? About a week, IF they have all the parts in stock. We will be using a more reliable company.Emailed CB Haskell two days ago to express our displeasure over the issues around the water system. Explained that we might be considering a new oil company too if this was an example of their customer service. No answer. No call, no email, no nothing.
