Old Shoppe Charm by Anne R via Insider Pages on 3/22/2008 Kilwins is a small chocolate shoppe with the charm of a little old candy store. It can be a bit pricey but its okay to stop in and get yourself a treat ever once in a while. The ice cream is pretty good also.
