Good low-traffic lunch spot on weekdays by tostka K. via Judy's Book on 2/18/2006 I'll often sneak out of the downtown area and meet my wife for lunch at the Monte Carlo.

Ritzy but not necesarilly good service by Joe D via Insider Pages on 11/3/2005 I found this to be a very high class resturaunt and bar. The service however was sort of stuck up. The food is about average for the high prices they charge.
