Slow service, cold pizza by erkman43 via Citysearch on 10/31/2006 CW pizza in the Central West End is probably like most Cecil Wittiker's - slow and generally not worth it. Though, with the $3 large pizza on Tuesdays, that's about the max I'm willing to pay for the hassle.
