I was told they would give me a price on windows and doors along with framing package. I left plans up there for 2 months and literally called 15 times trying to get prices and get my plans back. When I finally got quote that they threw together in 10 minutes they were 42k higher just on framing package and 6k higher on windows and doors. Price is what it is. Service was trrible and when I said something to Andy he looked at me and said this is how business is done today. So the way they do business to the individuals that don’t build 15-20 houses a year is they rip you off and they don’t show any appreciation for you trying to deal with local business. I would strongly advise going somewhere else to the ones who are willing to shop around. Even with the 15-20% discount he gives his builders it doesn’t even come close to a wash at the end of the day. After talking with several different people I’m not the only one. They will rip you off if you deal with them.
