Chicken from the smoker is great. They are a tad over priced here and there. Great food. not gourmet though. But all in all I still do lunch there from time to time.

I would recommend the REX. Great food. Can get a little noisy if groups are present as they were when we arrived. Service was attentive but not suffocating.

If I were a local, this could become my new watering hole. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the building was nice. Service was great. No issues here. Would definitely go back when i'm in town.

As we flew to Billings the woman sitting next to me recommended the Rex for dinner. GREAT steaks and the waitstaff was great. We sat on the patio. The rail yard across the street added to the charm of the place. Highly recommend it!

Had an outstanding waitress who bent over backwards to make us happy, even our 10-year-old son who wanted a shake (not on menu) but the bar made one anyway. Food was universally outstanding.
