Assessments
Jay meets each person with authentic appreciation for every individual and whatever journey led to a chance for A Brighter Today. Utilizing evidence-based practices, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy, assessements are conducted in a nonjudgemental, safe space without stigma or shame, holding space for self-reflection and personal growth. With dignity, confidentiality and clear communcication, Jay will support each person's path and understanding to develop individualized goals and solutions.
