The dumps on West Pine Street by Robert Smith on 2/13/2024 I used to rent a room in Davis apartments at 174 West Pine Street and I rented a room at 1:20 with Pine Street the rooms are horrible the apartments are horrible and disgusting they are not clean both of them are infested with bed bugs the owner Scott McCown does not want to do any repairs I lived in the apartment house for over a year and had issues with my ceiling tiles falling in complaining to him about that for over a year and it was never repaired every time the gentleman upstairs an apartment 3 took showers and flooded my apartment I complained about that for over a year or two and it repairs were ever done everybody in the apartment house and the rooms at the hotel this drug addicts and mainly meth heads and he lets child molesters sexual predators pedophiles drug addicts live there I will not recommend that anyone ever stay there it is unsafe and unsanitary
