Erich (Rick) Schneider

Erich Schneider (Rick) is a family law attorney with Weinberger Divorce & Family Law Group. Mr. Schneider from Villanova University with a B.A and received his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law. After graduation from law school, Mr. Schneider gained valuable experience working for Hon. Robert Feldman, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth County, in several capacities.

Mr. Schneider has practiced primarily family law for his entire career. He has experience in nearly all aspects of family law including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, equitable distribution of assets and domestic violence. Mr. Schneider received the esteemed honor of being designated by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Matrimonial Attorney, a certification achieved by only 2% of attorneys in New Jersey. He is also recognized as a highly qualified and court approved Family Law Mediator helping countless families resolve their most complex issues. Mr. Schneider is often chosen by his fellow attorneys to act as an Economic Mediator to help resolve their disputes amicably, thus avoiding trial. He is also a court-approved mediator and acts as a private mediator for parties who wish to pursue that route without protracted and costly litigation.
