Sessa Sandra A PH.D

Dr. Sessa is a Licensed Psychologist who works with individuals from early adulthood through the elder years. She assists with issues of aging, transitions, loss, grief, medical concerns, and end of life issues as well the management of the stresses related to these challenges. Dr. Sessa provides confidential psychological care for individuals, couples, and groups who may be experiencing symptoms of anxiety and/or depression as well as other psychological symptoms. She provides psychotherapy from a positive and holistic perspective recognizing the interrelatedness of mind, body, and spirit. Additionally, she offers training in relaxation, meditation, caring communication, and positive growth.
