Trinity Wellness Emporium

The foundation of Trinity Wellness Emporium combines the physical practice of yoga with the inner emotional and spiritual journey. By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, we promote awareness of the interdependency of all these aspects in personal health and wellbeing. At Trinity Wellness Emporium LLC, we use our extensive training and in-depth understanding of the human body and psyche to teach and cultivate awareness of one’s own practice and life process. We provide classes to all ages (child and adult) to all levels from the beginner yogi to the seasoned practitioner.

Trinity Wellness Emporium LLC opened its doors in February of 2018, to support and foster the sense of mindfulness and peace in the surrounding community. We offer a variety of approaches to achieve and maintain your optimal health.
