Diane Grover is a highly trained mediator, trainer and facilitator who began her career in customer service and accounting management in financial institutions. In 2003, after taking a mediation class as a management skill builder, she changed careers and never looked back. She has taken over 600 hours of mediation training and has performed over 1000 mediations, including 700 divorce and parentage cases. She worked extensively in restorative justice with offenders referred by Juvenile Probation to mediate with their victims. She is a respected mediation trainer and coach, having spent over 600 hours coaching and training mediators with other local mediation trainers and for UNM Continuing Education, UNM Law School, UNM Communication and Journalism and the Anderson School of Management.

She contracted with the City of Albuquerque in their Alternative Dispute Resolution Department for 13 years performing workplace mediations and over 400 City land use meeting facilitations. She also facilitated Police Community Dialogues for the City and numerous Community Policing Council (CPC) meetings. She has spent the last 12 years performing divorce and parentage mediations as a contractor with the 13th Judicial District Court.

While she works alone on many of her projects, she also has access to a network of skilled professionals who are available to collaborate on larger assignments.
