Getting into an accident is a stressful event. You are dealing with the other individual, insurance and you fear that your car is not going to be the same. Do yourself a huge favor and call Metropolitan Auto Body & Paint. Will get your car to look good as new. He made sure the insurance company covered the damages in full. He got me my rental car and walked me through every step of the process. Oh yeah...and once again his work is great. No matter what your auto body needs call Metropolitan Auto Body & Paint.

I could not be more pleased. My car was over 12 years old, had a lot of damage, needed a good bit of work, I honestly did not recognize it when I went to pick it up. Needless to say, I would recommend them to everyone who needs it. Honest, courteous, make you feel like family, and of course, the work is impeccable. Truly a good experience. They are very professional and did an excellent job of repairing a dent on my car! It looks brand new! They keep you updated through the whole process and work with you to get a rental car while you wait! I would highly recommend it!

I sustained some damage to my grille and bumper after skidding on ice and rear-ending another vehicle. After they got clearance from my insurance company they did the repairs quickly and beautifully, obviously taking great pride in their work, insisting on perfectly matching the weird lime green paint. And they were a pleasure to deal with, always nice and patient when I phoned for progress reports and explaining every step of the process. Highly recommended.

I traveled to visit a seriously ill relative. During my visit, my vehicle developed a loud knocking sound under the front end. I did not think it wise to try and make it back home to get it repaired. A family member told me about Metropolitan Auto Body & Paint and I looked them up on the internet and decided to find out if they could help me. However, when I explained my situation, they said they would work me in and help me get back on the road as soon as possible. They were very professional and did the work the same day. The price was reasonable and the work was excellent. I am very impressed with and would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

They were very friendly down to earth people. They said they would check both vehicles out and call me and let me know what was wrong. They let me know what the problems were and the cost. They are very fair and fixed the problems in the time they promised. They also fixed a couple of small problems at no cost. They said there were a couple of other problems but they could wait a while before they needed to be fixed. I highly recommend them - they are great!

What a great place! I brought my BMW in to have the doors repaired. The doors looked amazing and the car was spotless when returned to me. Overall, a really terrific experience.

I have been going to Carstar Metropolitan Auto Body and Paint for awhile now since First for my BMW 335i and also my BMW X3. They are really up front with everything and are very thorough. Charles and his crew do a really good inspection and you don't get any sneaky add-ons. Always on time, reliable, and great location. Highly recommend this place.

Charles is truly a master mechanic, I brought my car in thinking it had a transmission problem but Charles quickly determined that it was actually a problem with the engine, a couple of the cylinders were misfiring. Carstar Metropolitan Auto Body & Paint has a new customer...for life!! My 2004 Jetta was way overdue for smog certification!! Charles and his team worked with me for a month getting my auto in shape. They are extremely patient.Charles and staff went out of their way to find the best prices for the parts needed. They shuttled me to and from my home when needed. Everyone in the shop I dealt with was kind and courteous. My car runs great now and I can drive without worry. I've already recommended them to several friends.
