Victim by Phillip Michael Case on 1/8/2020 Let me start off by saying I had this branch for a couple years with nothing but 5 star service and recommended it to everyone I spoke to about it, the friendly staff would calls twice a year on all my ATV and snowmobile insurance to make sure I was happy and things were as they should be. When I bought my new house it was a no brainer that they would earn my business for that aspect as well. That being said I had a house fire, total loss in October, after numbers started comeing back to rebuild I was 100,000 short of rebuild costs as well as 20,000 short of demo costs due to my brick structure I exhausted my 11,000 demo limit with just dumpsters not even touching the labor or equipment. When discussing these issues the simple reply was state farm paid out to full limits but still short 100k. So now what is one to do?? As stated before this agency would call twice a year and a week before my coverage was up for my atvs I would get a call politely reissuing my coverage. As of right now my machines are out of coverage and no signs of a call from them about this issue. In my opinion do not use this agent as she will blackball you for their mistakes and run with there tail between there legs. Some of you might say " well it's up to you to check your policy" think of it this way I don't buy a plane ticket and then be asked to fly the plane, I pay a premium to have someone do the job. In reality the policy writing is confusing to look at until something of a total loss happens in which you become an expert in not by your choice but only by realizing an agent asking 10 questions had a Major effect on ones live in which now your expected to come up with 100k while they go home and enjoy screwing people over. Jenefer Warren never again! I am ashamed I gave you my business in the first place! Back to the cardboard box for me! Anyone have any spare change?
