2 tickets to paradise, one bill from visa for a new lock on the door that needed to be drilled out because the keys are still in paradise! What an end to an otherwise great vacation, huh? Well at least the service wasn’t too expensive.

There is no way in the world that I could have known that a high security lock was impossible to open without drilling it out! Then I had to pay to replace the damn thing! And HOLY EXPENSIVE BATMAN! But I guess it is what it is...

They arrived within 2 hours of me calling the office, even though I did not have an emergency. He was very fast, efficient, personable and didn't mind answering any questions I had. I'll definitely use them again.
