I love it here! There were many cars to choose from especially BMW and Mercedes. They had a big range of different vehicles at different prices to choose from. The salespeople were also great and knew what they had in stock like the back of their hand. Honestly really impressed and would be recommending this place to friends and family.

It was a real pleasure to work with this dealer. The atmosphere as soon as you enter the place is stress-free. Originally I was pretty stressed on buying a used vehicle for my working needs but I didn't feel that way when I stepped in. David came to my needs right away and answered all my questions. He was very professional, attentive, and friendly. It was a wonderful experience. I bought a Mercedes-Benz Metris from them a few days back and just decided to write a review for them.

The whole staff team at European Masters are incredibly nice and are real with you. They don't play any games and are clear with you the whole way. I love that about them. I felt like I really am going somewhere with them and might close a deal with them soon. Decided to put a review now since the experience so far has been incredible.

I usually am the person that doesn't write reviews. But this is an exception. I had to spread the word of how great these people are at what they do. They were quick, concise, and responding to any question I had for them regarding my purchase. I ended up with a GLS450 by the end of the day and I am nothing short of impressed by this interaction.

I viewed their showroom the other day and I was blown by the selection of cars they had in their establishment. Their range of cars and prices were pretty big, which appealed all sorts of customers that are either looking for luxury or a car for their child. It has a good mix of European cars. I am planning to buy a car from there for sure. I will keep you guys posted.

I went there looking to buy a car for work. When I came in my expectations of finding a car for me was low. I saw mostly BMWs and Mercedes in the showroom and such. I spoke with a salesperson and they were able to find me a Chevy Colorado at a great price. I bought it and I haven't been happier. She runs pretty well and there aren't any issues with the engine and such. Completely Satisfied!

They are incredibly fast at the purchase process and bringing the car out to you! Literally came there without a car for my wife and left the same day with a BMW. I was surprised myself that day.

Great People and Great Prices! They were beyond welcoming. They came to my assistance nearly immediately. They made sure if I needed anything and what I was looking for. The salesperson automatically knew what to show me and with great prices. They were able to negotiate with me quite efficiently. They know their stuff!

I purchased a E43 from a European Masters last week. I waited a bit before I put on a review since I wanted to see how the car would perform after some time. So far, there hasn't been a single issue with the car. It runs like it is brand-new. The buying process was quick and there wasn't any issue. The staff were very kind and helpful in the whole process of buying this car. I am honestly blow away at how well they work and cooperative with each other to get the customers' satisfaction. Honestly, incredibly well done!

For a while I have been looking for a C300 that has decent mileage. I initially started searching through every dealership for a C300 that was within my price range. I have looked far and wide; every dealership I saw I felt like they were trying to manipulate me and just wanted my money. But, once I contacted European Masters, let me tell you I felt incredibly welcomed. They only showed me kindness and transparency with the offers they gave me. Shout out to Mohammad that helped me through this whole process. He was incredible at showing me different Mercedes options to pick from. He gave me all the details and reports for the cars he displayed. He insured me that if there were any problems I was protected under warranty and so far I haven't had an issue within this past week. The car runs buttery smooth and it is AMAZING. Overall, I am really happy with my purchase and I definitely would recommend this place to all my friends and family. The whole European Masters team is incredibly cooperative. I love you guys!

Bought a Audi A4 from European Masters today, and let me tell you it was the smoothest process of my life. Kavita was very cooperative with me in finding what I was looking for. She wasn't pushy and took her time in the whole process. I couldn't be more happy with this experience, it was a 5/5 experience!

I came across European Masters in great neck Ny when i was searching for an E class 63 AMG. I called them for some information and they put me on the phone with Darryl. Asked for some furthur information, condition and availability and they said the car was in great condition, was available . I immediately placed a deposit and asked to hold the car for me as i am based in Los Angles, CA and had to take a flight to see the car. The following morning i have submitted a finance request and they called me back saying i was approved with an OK APR and they they will send me over night the documents to sign.
In the meantime i went ahead and booked the flight and hotel tickets.
Called the following morning since the documents haven't arrived, but nothing..no one is answering as if they were avoiding me. Called the manager Norman and he said the car was at the body shop getting fixed (already a problem). Called the front desk and they said the car is available for sale (another problem), managed to call Darryl from a different number and he answered miraculously admitting the car has been sold to someone else..
So much lies, deception, miscommunication between the staff.
Why do European Masters NY deceive people and take their deposits, run their credits, make you book tickets and fly 3000 miles for nothing...
I am reporting them to the state attorney general for fraud, false advertising, running hard inquiries taking deposits for no reason
