Balance the Scales Reiki

Reiki enables us the experience of peacefulness and deep relaxation. It is a holistic therapy used to address imbalances of the energy flow throughout our bodies. Negative emotions, environment and personal journey disrupts the peaceful flow of energy we desire to live a harmonious life . Reiki provides us the opportunity to restore the balance and have a sense of calm and well-being. It can be used to alleviate anxiety, depression, pain and insomnia. Reiki also helps to prepare and recover from surgery. Reiki principles are practiced in many hospitals including New York Presbyterian, Memorial Sloan Kettering and Cancer Centers of America.

Reiki does not replace medical treatment. It is used in conjunction to assist us in balancing our energy.
