Lovely older home in need of a bit of loving -- upgrade carpet. The hostess was very outgoing and gave us plenty of leeway. Enjoyed the stay overall.

Kilburn Manor is a lovely B&B. It is warm and welcoming. Rooms were beautiful and had ensuits. Breakfasts are a true delight. Ms. Hogan is a true hostess and makes you feel at home. Great stay!

Loved the library and reading materials offered. Owners made me feel like family, coffee brought to our room on silver tray! Excellent breakfast on outdoor porch. Pool is a bonus. Very happy with my stay. Highly recommended.
