It's been that way here since the company was founded in 1973 by Bob Foltz, a Canton, Ohio entrepreneur with a vision for keeping manufacturing right here at home. Since then, Foltz Machine has become well known as a leading provider of job shop machining services and custom built machinery, supplying a wide variety of industries throughout the United States and abroad.

In January of 2014, Foltz Machine was acquired by Lee and Dave DiCola, a father & son team that shares the Foltz family passion for building a strong culture fueled by exceptional people. The company's new management understands the importance of precise quality and a strong commitment to meeting delivery deadlines, and there is a renewed emphasis on growing the company's capacity and overall capabilities.

Many of our employees at Foltz Machine have been with the company for their entire careers. Some of those careers have spanned over 30 years in total machining experience. And in keeping with our growth-oriented philosophy, our employees have embraced a strategy of continuous training that will help ensure we have the personnel and capacity you need for the next 30 years and beyond.
