He came the next morning, diagnosed the issue within a few minutes and because he had all the needed parts on hand, fixed my dryer within 25 minutes. He also gave me tips on what to do to prevent this issue from happening again.

These folks really understand customer service - from the office folks to the techs. Everyone has been so nice and super efficient! I called about my dishwasher and they had a tech out within a day. Needed to order a part and to my shock, they had the part within a couple of days and completed their service. I highly recommend using these folks!

Repairs were made completely and they did not just put in extra parts to make money. Only the parts that were needed. Felt as though we were treated fairly and honestly. I highly recommend it!

He explained everything in detail, showed me how to manage it myself in future, recommended best brands for future, and ended up being a super sweet guy. I turned to find a repair person and found Serv-Teks LLC. I called Michael, he showed up at my house in 15 minutes, he diagnosed the problem, replaced some gas coils (he had the parts with him!) and a little while later - I was back in business! Super nice man. Would definitely call him again for any appliance repair needs.
