I’m selling a house built 100 years ago and it needed plenty of tough love in the form of restoration. I requested an estimate from this company and went ahead with the job. It wasn’t a huge project compared to other total reconstructions here, but it was still several thousand dollars’ worth of work. Storms damaged my roof during the rough weather this past year. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize it until it rained hard a week later and water started creeping into my ceiling. Yikes.
