There billing practice is simply fradulent. I sent in a cancellation after paying for a whole month but only going to 1 lesson. They continued to bill me for 2 months. Would never recomend someone this dishonest. 1 star rating.

Honestly, if I had the opportunity I would've given Lesson Factory a lower rating. But I must say, they have made major changes to the program and quality of staff. My two kids love it and so do the other 2 people I've referred.
