Ann Wilkinson of Hands on Health serves as a bridge between traditional and holistic practices. For example, two people can experience the same type of accident, but their bodies respond differently due to a variety of previous experiences.

We offer our patients a re-education regarding everything from body posture, body mechanics, nutrition, ergonomic changes to their environment, as well as traditional therapeutic techniques including hands-on body mobilization and joint stabilization.
