At the beginning of the session, Bri zeroed in on my concerns and treatment goals, recommending CranioSacral Therapy and Healy Frequency. Her gentle nature and clear expertise put me at ease immediately. My session was deeply relaxing – I was aware of my surroundings but felt a floating, peaceful sensation. When I got up from the table, it was clear that I had experienced an energy shift. I felt relaxed, and “light.” My physical pain had eased, and some emotional issues I have been dealing with suddenly felt more bearable. What’s most amazing is that those shifts have lasted. Would highly recommend.
